We've combined organic, wildcrafted, and garden grown herbs to create the perfect solution. It's great for a menarche moon ritual / party gift given to the maiden that is just experiencing it for the first time, a wise woman going through menopause, or any goddess in between. 

Most of my herbs are grown in my garden with love and utmost care with no pesticides or chemicals used or wildcrafted from the surrounding land and mountains. Anything else we use is sourced locally or from trusted suppliers that ascribe to the same high quality standards and ideals.

Cramp Bark is infused slowly, in the traditional ways, over a period of 6-8 weeks. That oil is then strained and used to double infuse. We use the cramp bark infused oil as a base and add in our other herbs to double infuse our batch for maximum potency and efficacy. After an additional 6-8 weeks, that oil is again strained, and awaits your order before we complete the process and handcraft your salve. 

To Use:

Apply to lower abdomen, back, or wherever you are experiencing cramps.

Massage into the skin. Reapply as needed. A little goes a long way! 

Applying a warm compress over the area can add extra soothing relief.

We hand make all of our products to order in small batches to ensure optimal freshness, consistency, and potency. Our products are not made to sit on store shelves for extended amounts of time. Salves can last 1-2 years if stored correctly (in a cool, dry, and dark place) however, dirty hands touching the salve over time can speed up an expiration date. Once opened, herbal skin care products become exposed to dirt and microorganisms that are found in the air and on the skin. As soon as you open and begin to use any product, simply the way in which you use it will affect its lifespan. When using a salve, always use clean, dry, hands or fingertips, as this will assist in preserving a longer shelf-life.
